Open Mic Night (Free Entry)

The Open Mic was set up to allow anyone of any talent or skill, at any level to come and have a go. We are a local community based, friendly, non-judgmental event and love to welcome new faces. The Open Mic at the Stamford Corn Exchange Theatre Lounge, is on every other month from 7pm to 11pm. No bookings are required, but as we do get quite busy, it is recommended, Contact Darren at dbrawnsley@gmail.com.

The aim is to have fun, build confidence and self-esteem, whilst at the same time raise funds for the Corn Exchange Charity. The event is FREE of charge to everyone. The youngest performer we have had so far was 7 years old and the oldest over 70 years old. Groups, Poets, Duets, Acoustic or Electric, Story Tellers all welcome. Everyone is heard and given full support. If you prefer just to watch and cheer, then again, you are welcomed with open arms.
