A booking fee will be applied to all tickets purchased which is non-refundable. .
Seats Cannot Be Reserved Without Bookings
We cannot reserve seats; all seats need to be paid for at the time of booking. If you have any special requirements i.e. Wheelchair access please ensure that this arrangement is made at our box office on a pre-booked basis, as we have limited spaces available.
Ticket information
Please note all tickets are e-tickets and must be downloaded before entry to the theatre prior to start time of show. These are attached to your booking confirmation. If you are unable to download your tickets please contact the box office and we will arrange an alternative check in method.
Concessions
Some shows offer concessions, these apply to children under 16 years of age, State pension age patrons and those on disability allowance and a carer.
Tickets are Non Refundable
We regret that we are unable to exchange tickets or to refund money due to the ticket holder being unable to attend. If an event is sold out we can try to resell unwanted tickets – an administration fee per ticket is charged.
An administration charge per ticket also applies for the service of moving allocated seats – please note that while you may move from one seat to another within the same show, or to another performance of the same production, we cannot move you between different productions using this method.
In the event of a show being cancelled the cost of the tickets minus booking fees will be paid back by the method of purchase only (online through paypal).
Conditions of Attendance
Feedback relating to any aspect of a performance should be made to the Duty Manager on the day/night of the performance.
Bag searches may be required for some performances, and bags above A4 size may be required to be left with the Box Office.
Children
Under 18’s must be accompanied by a adult at all performances.
It is recommended that children are over 2 years old and have an individual seat purchased to be admitted into the auditorium.
Food & Drink
Only food & drink purchased on the premises is allowed into the theatre.
Start times
Performances start promptly at the advertised time. Latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable pause in the performance before being seated.

Piracy
The use of professional cameras and any kind of recording apparatus is strictly prohibited in the auditorium.
Mobile Phones
The use of mobile phones during a performance is not permitted.
Pushchairs, Prams & Mobility Scooters
We cannot accept pushchairs, prams or mobility scooters in the theatre auditorium. Please leave in foyer area. We have 2 wheelchairs available for use within the theatre premises. For more information on disabled facilities & access Click Here.
The Management
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and cancel or alter event dates and times.
The Management reserves the right to place concert chairs in positions A 6-9, if required, to enable patrons with visual impairments to better experience a performance.
Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in eviction form the building.
The Corn Exchange Theatre Company (CETC) is acting as an agent for all ticket sales which includes touring shows or Amateur/community productions. CETC is not responsible for the organisation or staging of the show and has no control over, or liability for, cancellation or rescheduling of or for material changes to the show.
